Visitor registration is now officially open for the International Composites Summit (ICS) 2026, taking place on 1–2 December at The Drum, Wembley, London.
Bringing together the whole composites value chain, ICS combines an exhibition, conference programme, workshops, networking and opportunities to discover new technologies and ideas, creating two days dedicated to the development and growth of the composites industry.
Now in its sixth year, ICS attracts OEMs and Tier suppliers alongside material manufacturers, technology providers, researchers, investors, start-ups and scale-ups, connecting different parts of the industry in one place.
An Industry-Led Programme
The 2026 programme continues to evolve in response to the conversations taking place across the composites industry, with new content, workshops, networking opportunities and initiatives being introduced for this year’s Summit.
Future 10 Innovation will launch at ICS 2026, spotlighting ten organisations developing materials, technologies, manufacturing processes and research with the potential to influence the future of composites and advanced engineering.
The conference programme will bring industry experts together to discuss both immediate challenges and longer-term opportunities. Sessions will address questions including whether composite recycling can become commercially viable at scale, how the industry can better predict and prevent failure, and whether cost and supply constraints will limit wider adoption.
Alongside the main programme, workshops will create opportunities for more focused discussion and participation, while new competitions and additional networking activity will give visitors more ways to meet, exchange ideas and build relationships across the industry.
CompositesWorld Carbon Fiber Conference Comes to ICS
New for 2026, ICS is collaborating with CompositesWorld to bring its Carbon Fiber Conference to London as part of the Summit.
Taking place during the afternoon of Day Two, the conference will bring additional specialist content to ICS, exploring developments, challenges and opportunities across the global carbon fiber market.
The collaboration adds another dimension to an event designed to give visitors access to different parts of the composites industry, from materials, manufacturing and emerging technologies to market insight, technical discussion and new business connections.
Gemma Hardy, Managing Director of The Fluency Business Group, said:
“There’s a real buzz building around ICS this year. More and more companies are coming to us with ideas, telling us what they want to discuss, what they need from the event and where they see gaps. One of the advantages we have with ICS is that we can listen and respond.
“That is how we want the Summit to develop. The Carbon Fiber Conference, Future 10, new workshops and additional networking have all added to what we’re creating for 2026, but the fundamental reason to attend ICS remains the same. It brings the composites industry together, across the whole value chain, and gives people the opportunity to learn, meet, discover and do business in one place.
“ICS is also increasingly about what happens beyond those two days. Through our wider programme and industry partnerships, we’re continuing those conversations throughout the year and creating more opportunities for the community to connect.”
ICS 2026 is free to attend for visitors who register online in advance.
