As Director of Worldwide Composite Services (WCS), Paul leads a cutting-edge EASA Part 145 FAA Repair Station, approved facility, specialising in the repair and recovery of advanced composite components for global airline operators, lessors, and MROs. Under his leadership, WCS has become a centre of excellence for cost-effective, OEM alternative repairs, collaborative Part 21J design solutions, and sustainable composite refurbishment practices.
Beyond the hangar, Paul has a global network of key stakeholders and influencers,
across multiple sectors. Paul has successfully led international benchmarking
exercises and has leveraged this information to develop Ireland’s National Policy
Document for Composites, thereby, enabling the strategic direction of the industry to align with innovation, sustainability, and international competitiveness.
He is a passionate educator, having lectured at several leading universities on subjects ranging from advanced composites and aerospace structures to regulatory compliance and innovation strategy. His work bridges academic insight with real world application, helping develop the next generation of aviation professionals and engineers.
