Frédéric Sicard is a Technical Specialist in composite materials and processes at Jaguar Land Rover, where he leads innovation and strategy for structural composites. He has over 15 years’ experience in lightweighting and advanced materials, spanning automotive, aerospace, and marine applications. Frédéric played a central role in the £37m TUCANA project, developing and industrialising new composite structures and supply chains for high-volume automotive manufacturing. Prior to joining JLR, he held leadership positions at PSA Peugeot Citroën, MATIS Technologie, and Jallais, driving composite innovation across body structures, recycling, and hybrid tooling.
